Sephora VIB Sale Recommendations | November 2016

It’s that time again! The Sephora VIB sales are here! From now until November 7th, all VIB Rouge members can receive 20% off in store and online (with the code 20ROUGE) and VIB members get their turn from the 11th to the 14th (with the code 20VIB). I’m currently adding things to my cart, so I thought now would be a good time to share a few of my favourite items from Sephora that I would recommend you buy.

Getting 20% off is a great time to try higher end products, especially in the hair department. I tried out Living Proof’s Perfect Hair Day Dry Shampoo last fall and loved it. It actually makes your hair feel cleaner, and doesn’t leave any build up (read my full review here). This is also a good time to buy a more luxurious lipstick. I adore this lipstick from Bobbi Brown. They come in a variety of shades and feel so good on the lips. They really live up to their name.

In terms of skin care, I would highly recommend the Drink-Up Intensive Overnight mask from Origins. It is perfect for dehydrated skin and makes my skin feel amazing whenever I use it. I’m also in love with this cleansing balm from Clinique right now. It is the best makeup remover I’ve ever used. It gets rid of every bit of makeup without leaving any residue.

If you’re looking for a good mascara, you can’t go wrong with Benefit’s Roller Lash mascara. It gives great definition, and also helps to hold a curl, which is something I’ve never found with anything else. It’s also now available in brown, so if you like your lashes to be more subtle and natural, it’s a great option. Benefit is not only great for mascara, but also for eyebrow pencils. I love the Goof Proof Brow Pencil right now, and don’t know how I ever survived without it. There are so many eyeshadow options out there right now, it can be hard to choose. If you’re looking for a versatile palette that is great for any season, I would recommend the Tartelette in Bloom palette from Tarte. It has a great mix of mattes and shimmers, as well as warm and cool toned shades. Lastly if you want to keep your makeup in place all day, you’ll need a good primer and setting spray. Too Faced’s Hangover Replenishing Face Primer is a great silicone-free option to give a smooth and hydrated base for your foundation, then finish everything off with Urban Decay’s All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray.

What are you planning to pick from the VIB sale this year? Also, what would you recommend I get? Let me know in the comments below!
