Holiday Gift Guide | For Her

Christmas is just about a month away now. Can you believe it? If you’re like me, then you haven’t started shopping yet (though I’ve done a lot of browsing, trying to find the perfect gifts), and might need a little help. For the rest of the week, I’ll be sharing gift guides to help you find what you’re looking for, whether it’s for someone on your list or for yourself. Today I’m sharing a few gifts that I think would be perfect for any girl (or if we’re being more honest, perfect for me).

Talking As Fast As I Can: From Gilmore Girls to Gilmore Girls (and Everything in Between) by Lauren Graham. If the woman on your list is like me (or any woman I know), she is “dancing through the woods crazy happy” that the Gilmore Girls revival is available on Netflix this Friday. Why not add to the Gilmore obsession with Lauren Graham’s latest book, a collection of personal essays that are sure to include some great Gilmore Girls and Parenthood anecdotes.

Fitbit Charge 2. For the sporty gal, or the girl who wants to become the sporty gal (and look cute doing it). Fitbit recently released a bunch of new fitness trackers, but the Charge 2 in lavender (with rose gold) is by far the prettiest, while still tracking your heart rate, sleep, steps and other activity.

Formula X, X in the City Nail Polish Set. This set includes 10 mini polishes (including my one of my all-time favourites, Fahrenheit). All of the shades are on the deeper shade of the spectrum, and there are four exclusive shimmer shades too, which is perfect for this time of year.

Voluspa, Large Glass Candle. Personally, I don’t think you can ever go wrong with a lovely scented candle (unless you’re getting my mom a gift. I did not get my love for scented candles from her). Voluspa has a wide range of brands and the prettiest jars that can reused after they’re burned, so it’s like two gifts in one!

Graphic Sweatshirt. Graphic sweaters are not only incredibly cozy (I’m wearing one right now!), but they are also great if you want your gift to be thoughtful and unique. I would obviously go with this one from Etsy, but you can find pretty much anything that you’re looking for online.

Kate Spade, Knollwood Street Small Annelie Bag. Kate Spade recently came out with these gorgeous soft leather bags and I am in love (are you surprised?). They come in black and light pink, and are a quite versatile style, being perfect for the office or the weekend, especially with the adjustable strap making it easy to wear cross-body.

CLEAN, Reserve Travel Spray Layering Trio. This handy set comes with three scents from Clean’s reserve line. Each scent smells amazing on its own (my favourite is Warm Cotton), but they are also meant to be layered in order to add depth.

Fuji, Instax Mini 8. I got this as a birthday gift earlier this year, and I think it’s one of the best gifts you can give. It’s great for the girl on the go who wants to capture moments in her life in a unique way. Plus, they are just so cute. I used mine a bunch in the summer, and love having little snaps of my nieces and nephews that I can put around the house in addition to the millions of photos I have on my phone.

Hourglass, Ambient Lighting Edit – Surreal Light. Any beauty lover on your list would love to have this gorgeous palette. It may be a splurge, but it’s basically a one-stop face powder shop with two blushes, a strobing powder, bronzer and finishing powder. Plus, that packaging! Am I right?
