I discovered this quote the other day and it has been on my mind ever since. Regardless of who actually said it (it’s been attributed to Grace Kelly, Coco Chanel and Eudora Welty), it is so important. I always need the reminder that I am not anyone else, I am myself. My mom has been trying to teach me this for twenty-five years, and I still find it hard for it to really sink in. I need to remember every single day that I should do something because it’s something that I enjoy, not because everyone else seems to like it or it’s trendy.
