With summer finally upon us, I’m itching to try some new products. I really don’t need any makeup, or hair products, but you know that will never stop me from wanting to try something new. Today, I’m sharing just a few of the items that are at the top of my wish list, and things I hope to purchase sometime in the next few months.
I have a decent perfume collection right now, but I don’t have anything that is a strictly summer fragrance. I have recently fallen in love with Funfair Evening from Maison Martin Margiela’s REPLICA range, but would also have my eye on Prada’s new Candy Kiss or Victoria Secret’s Eau So Sexy. Anything that smells like sugar or fruit is right up my street this time of year.
I love a good hair oil, so of course I’m on board to try Living Proof’s new No Frizz Nourishing Oil. Nourishment to my hair and blocking frizz? Yes, please!
In terms of makeup, I want to expand my lipstick collection to include more high-end and luxury brands. I have pretty much every shade that I want from the drugstore, so I want to see what else is out there (and whether or not it’s always worth the splurge). At the top of my list are Mac’s Breathing Fire (from the new Bangin’ Brilliant Lipstick collection) and Marc Jacob’s Jolly Molly from the Le Marc Lip Crème line. I could also add to my blush collection, as I am in need of a more neutral toned shade, and anything from Tarte’s Naughty Nudes collection (like Exposed or Risqué) would be perfect. I also want to try something new with my brow routine, and since I already love Benefit’s Gimme Brow, I’m interested to try out something from their new line, like the Goof Proof Brow Pencil.
And lastly, I probably don’t need more nail polish in my life, but the new Full Strength line from Formula X is just too pretty to resist. I love a multitasking polish, so these are perfect.
