I shared my style wish list on Monday, so it’s only natural that I share a few of the beauty items I’m hoping to add to my stash this winter.
Lip scrub // beautyblender // Blush palette // Perfume // Eyeshadow Palette // Lotion
I love a good lip scrub, and am nearly finished my current tub, so now would be a great time to try Bite Beauty’s new Agave Lip Scrub. I imagine it will be just as amazing as their lip mask (which is helping my lips survive winter).
My beautyblender is on its last legs right now, and I’m definitely due for a new one. When I saw that they had released a new colour, I knew I needed to try the beautyblender bubble. As far as I understand, it’s not any different from the original in its feel or use, but how can I not pick up a new one when it’s that pretty shade of pink?
I’m still loving my recent purchase from Hourglass, and though I likely don’t need a new one, it’s not hard to convince myself that I would get a lot of use out of the Hourglass Ambient Strobe Lighting Blush Palette. This trio comes with three blushes ranging in peach to amber to lilac. I love the formula of Hourglass’s blushes and how soft yet build-able they are.
I love a good fragrance, and am always trying out samples to find my new signature scent. Last month I tried Giorgio Amarni’s Sì Eau de Parfum and instantly became obsessed. I was sure that I had tried it a while back and not liked it, but when I tried it this time, it was the perfect match. It’s musky, yet feminine and not too overpowering (which is my favourite combination). I think this perfume would be a lovely addition to my growing collection.
I really don’t need a new eyeshadow palette, but the new releases lately have been on point and actually different from what I currently own. Though the Too Faced Sweet Peach Eye Shadow Palette is currently out of stock, I’m sure it will come back eventually and I can finally see what everyone is raving about. Either that, or I will have to snag the Modern Renaissance palette from Anastasia Beverly Hills. Or maybe I need both…
Last on my list is a giant bottle of the Kiehl’s Creme de Corps. I tried the travel size recently and loved it. It’s extremely hydrating without being greasy, and it doesn’t have a heavy scent so it doesn’t interfere with any perfume. It’s like the perfect mix between a normal body lotion and heavy body butter. I have been converted.
Have you tried any of these products? What’s on your beauty wish list this winter?
